Brian Dean Vangsness died July 18, 1998.
Brian is survived by his parents Leverne and LaVerne Vangsness of rural Kenyon; three brothers, Craig and Mary Vangsness, Arden and Trudy Vangsness, and Eldon Vangsness, all of rural Kenyon; one sister, Marlis Stehr and her husband Jon, of rural Zumbrota. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews, Katie and Troy Vangsness, Mathew Terwilliger, Ian, Sarah and Robert Vangsness, Grady, Flinton and Nikki Stehr.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Adolph and Helen Brendemuehl and his paternal grandparents, Clarence and Esther Vangsness.
Funeral services were held Thursday July 23, 1998 at Holden Lutheran Church, rural Kenyon with the Rev. Michael Lockerby officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Pallbearers were David Vangsness, Allen Tiedeman, Brian Peters, Rahn Hernke, LeRoy Gjemse, Bruce Steege and Robert Hawley.
